These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of firewiseguy.com (the "Site") and the yard clearing, brush and sapling removal, and debris hauling services (the "Services") provided by The Firewise Guy, serving Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey, Chino Valley, and Paulden, AZ. By using the Site or booking Services, you agree to these Terms.
Property assessments and estimates are provided free of charge. Written estimates reflect the scope of work discussed at the time of the walkthrough; additional charges may apply if the actual scope changes once work begins (for example, unexpected debris volume or site access issues). We'll always discuss any change in scope with you before proceeding.
Pricing is provided in writing before work begins. Payment terms (deposit, progress payment, or payment on completion) will be confirmed at the time of booking. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to your property for the scheduled work. Please point out underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation lines, property boundaries, or other hazards you're aware of before work begins. We take reasonable care on every job site but are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or undisclosed hazards.
We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment so we can offer the slot to another homeowner.
We take care on every job, but yard and property work involves conditions that aren't always visible in advance. The Firewise Guy is not liable for damages resulting from weather, pre-existing site conditions, or other events beyond our control. Our liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount paid for the work in question.
